Some of the recent municipal tax rates are as follows: residential property at $30.23 per $1,000 taxed at 50% of full value, commercial real estate at $37.72 per $1,000, motor vehicles at $76.78 per $1,000, retail and wholesale inventory at $15.34 per $1,000, and business personal property at $50.46 per $1,000.
